“What a gift it has been to see young adults who have limited social outlet develop special friendships. Their confidence, personalities, and compassion (let us not forget their competitive spirit) thrive during their time at the Colin’s Lodge. I walked into the lodge not knowing what to expect. Not sure how an outsider would be welcomed. It made me think of how the members must feel when they are put into a situation, they are not comfortable with. With the support of Gayle and her incredible staff, the members have not only welcomed me, but have made me feel special.”
